Last updated: 2025. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the kavbet platform. By accessing or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account on kavbet, accessing the website at kavbet.fun, or using any service provided through the platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how the platform is accessed — whether via desktop browser or mobile browser on any device.

kavbet does not knowingly allow accounts to be created by or on behalf of minors. If we become aware that a user is under the minimum age, the account will be suspended and any pending transactions reviewed. 3. Account Creation and Security
To access most features of kavbet, you are required to register for an account through the Register page. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Each user may hold only one account; duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. kavbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you should contact support immediately. Accounts must not be shared with or transferred to other individuals.
kavbet reserves the right to verify user identity and may request supporting documentation in connection with account security reviews, payment processing, or compliance requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension or closure.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using the kavbet platform, you agree to the following obligations:
- You will use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- You will not attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt any part of the platform, its servers, or any connected network.
- You will not use automated software, bots, scrapers, or other technical tools to interact with the platform in any unauthorized manner.
- You will not engage in collusion, fraudulent activity, or any form of cheating in connection with platform games or betting activities.
- You will not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or in any communication with kavbet.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Philippines relating to online gaming and financial transactions.
kavbet reserves the right to monitor usage, investigate suspicious activity, and take appropriate action — including account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds — where violations of these rules are identified.
5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on the kavbet platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits must be made through the payment methods available at the time of transaction. kavbet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification and applicable processing procedures. kavbet reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is a reasonable concern about the validity of the request, compliance obligations, or outstanding verification requirements. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may apply and are communicated within the account management area.

6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
kavbet provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kavbet disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the platform and its content. kavbet does not guarantee any outcome or return in connection with gaming or betting activities, and use of the platform involves inherent financial risk.
In no event shall kavbet be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
All content on the kavbet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, and software — is the intellectual property of kavbet or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
kavbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reason to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the platform or other users. Upon closure of an account for cause, kavbet may withhold account balances pending investigation.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Requests for self-exclusion in connection with responsible gaming concerns will be handled in accordance with the Responsible Gaming policy.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Philippines.
